I investigate how technology works, then use AI and content generation tools to turn that understanding into practical guidance for end users. I also improve the tools and workflows teams use to create, review, and maintain that guidance.
From solving the problem to improving the system around it.
My work began in network systems and enterprise support, where accurate technical investigation had to become clear answers for real people. Knowledge-base writing led to product documentation, and product documentation led to better ways to research, review, migrate, and publish it.
That progression is shaping the AI-first technical writer and subject matter expert I am becoming. I ground my work in evidence, define its scope clearly, and tailor reliable guidance to the people who need it.
